Online Learning vs Traditional Learning: Does online instruction help or hinder the adult learner?

General Statement of Problem The purpose of this study is to identify whether online learning helps or hinders the adult learner. The review literature documents will ultimately stand in support that online education helps the adult learner. Online learning gives students the opportunity to fulfill their life-long dream of achieving a degree.
