Starting a claim for Damages and court procedures before the trial

Civil Courts and the track system There are three Civil courts used for the trial of a case, Small claims court, County Court and the High court. The County court is responsible for handling all the paperwork of the case until the exact amount of the claim for damages is known. Then the case is given to one of the three courts. The trial takes place in the High court.
