Strategic Plan Goals – Ongoing Enhance Housing Stock/Beatification Efforts Objective: Provide a safe, viable and inviting City for new and existing residents.  Neighborhoods are the heart and soul, building blocks, of safe and viable communit y.  Unhealthy neighborhoods compromise our sense of community, challenge our personal safety, personal freedom of neighborhood residents are restricted, and public resources are consumed.
