1 1,000 Jobs is a program to place workers into 1,000 open manufacturing jobs CoordinationAwarenessCapacity 1,000 Jobs serves as a pilot to provide insight into what a workforce system supporting manufacturing should look like, informing wave 2 initiatives for system automation and high functioning workforce system partners 1 23 Drive job seekers to a centralized landing page to connect into workforce process seeded with at least 1,000 new manufacturing jobs Add 5 Account Execs to existing workforce organizations to build capacity to match job seekers to jobs and training programs, with a third party program manager to evaluate Launch an awareness and outreach campaign to raise the profile of advanced manufacturing technologies and increase the number of job candidates
