Group 7 BODY,SHAPE & MIND FITNESS GROUP LTD SUMMARY OF BUSINESS PLAN Presented by Ane Joan Muvadgah

MEMBERS OF GROUP/BUSINESS PARTNERS Ane Joan Muvadgah Rebecca Martin Marcus Blackman Josh Colter Sajal Pant

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY CHOICE OF BUSINESS NAME The name of our business will be called BODY,SHAPE& MIND FITNESS GROUP LTD. This name appeals to people nowadays because people do not only want to get their body in good shape but want to also get clearer and peaceful minds as well. We also used the word group in our name because in the future we hope to grow and have many other locations. Our business will be a fitness center which provides various variety of exercises by teaching and use of machines. For example cardiovascular, flexibility, weight training exercises. Nevertheless, our business will have a unique feature which will make us stand out from other businesses: we shall incorporate yoga in all our exercises for the well being of the mind.

Location of the Business This fitness center will be located on West Memorial road,OKC. Our decision for the location is because we want less competition. Since there is only one other fitness center in the area we shall face little or no competition. This is because our uniqueness of incorporating yoga in every exercise will make us standout from our competitor.

Purpose of our Plan This plan define the services we will provide, how we hope to raise our capital, how we shall invest the capital, and how we shall share the profits. It will also include our mission, goals and objectives. Our choice of the fitness business is because exercise has become a big issue in the field of health. By exercising people can stay healthy and avoid so many diseases. Also, these days people are not very happy with their body size and shapes; they want to look better. As a result of these they tend to want fitness training which makes the fitness business a booming business with a strong growth and profit potential. Hence we hope to cease this opportunity to make ourselves good profits.

Key to Success We want our business to provide to be a satisfactory one. We want to be able to provide our customers with the best services. We want to be able to provide our employees and management with satisfactory and deserving wages. We want to make good profits so we could also be satisfied as partners.

Objectives Our main objective is to get at least 400 members in the first year and then double the membership number in subsequent years. Our secondary objective is make at least a 3% profits. We also hope to be recognized for our formation of a new genre of fitness training which does not only incorporate the body but also the mind by our unique mixture of yoga and physical training.

Mission We seek to be a unique fitness center in the Metropolitan area of Oklahoma City, providing its customers with body as well as mind training. It is our mission to provide satisfactory services to our clients, good working conditions and wages for our employees while seeing to it that we make profits for ourselves. We wish to promote the healthy bodies and minds of people in our community. When people are in good health both physically and mentally they tend to be of better use to the society.

Company Ownership and Financing BODY,SHAPE & MIND FITNESS GROUP LTD will be a privately owned Limited partnership in which ever partner will contribute an equal share of investment in the business. We hope to start up with a capital of at $500,000.For a start we are not going to build our fitness center from scratch. We are going to start first with renting a place in the location due to insufficient funds to build our own place. As the business grows, we could build our first new location by the end of five years. Most of our funding will be done by loans from banks. Each partner will be solely responsible for their loans.
