Create A Data Base System 1.Make sure that you use some regular method for recording enquires. 1.Make this a habit/system example: every afternoon at 2.00pm enter leads. 1.At the end of the week, look at how many leads came into your business. 1.At the end of each week, look at where your leads came from.

Levels and Options For Data Bases 1.Outlook – create a folder for prospects. weekly. 2.Excel Spreadsheet – follow up with Mail Merge. 3.On-line service 4.On-line service 5.Start using and creating one today.

What’s The Next Step 1.Block out in your calendar the day and time you will add your leads and follow up with them. Eg: calls, , mail out etc. 2.The first thing I send a prospective client or new enquiry is a Free E-book on a topic relevant. I have attached an example of an e-book I have done as an example. 3.Then start sending your prospects valuable weekly hints and tips on health and fitness. 4.I use the 5 to 1 process, which means I send 5 pieces of valuable (non- sale) info and then send a special offer or to promote my services. 5.Now it is time to test and measure the response you get from your list. Tip: Make sure you put effort into this area. 6.For those of you who don’t enjoy writing or don’t want to spend the time, you can grab free articles from This is just one of many site that allows you to do so. My recommendation is to make sure you like and agree with what you send out. And lastly, maybe just add your own personality to it, either way, your aim should be to provide outstanding info to your list.

Action is the key to moving forward. Testing and measuring your efforts keeps you on track and provides you with feedback.
