On Wednesday the 28 th of April the grade 3’s and 4’s went to Sovereign Hill.

When we first arrived at Sovereign Hill we had our recess food. The we went to our first activity. My firs activity was the olden day school. We had a Lady teacher she was wearing a pretty dress it was blue and white.

After the school we went gold panning. I found a piece of gold I was so happy.

Then we had lunch under a big shady tree and there was a lake with ducks and lily pads. It was so pretty.

After lunch we went to see gold smelting. The man made the gold really hot. He put it in water to make it cooler. One person from each school got to hold it.

Next we went to the lolly shop. I got a lolly pop It was YUM!!!
