Food Jewish people make kosher food. It is made out of meat and milk products are kept separate. Jewish people call braided bread challah. Jewish people have chopped liver some times. Jewish people have roasted chicken. Mitzvah is bread with out yeast. On Chanukah we have doughnut and potato pancakes.

Food On Chanukah we have doughnut and potato pancakes. The traditional meal called Seder Pesach is served during Passover.

A tallit is a prayer shawl. Men wear yarmulke. Men and boys wear black dress shoes and black slacks. Men and boys wear black pants, dress shirts and suspenders and men wear long black coats. Clothing

Torah The torah means teachings in Hebrew. The torah is one of the first five books of the bible and it also explains what god is like and contains the rules by which he wants all of his people to live.

Temple The temple is now built on the same site.The synagogue is now built where the temple was.

Synagogue A synagogue is small or big. Some synagogues are built in a local style. Some syngogues where built face forward to Jerusolem.

Brit milah Brit milah is when a baby boy is eight days old. Brit milah means that a baby boy is providing in good heath.

Bar mitzvah Bat mitzvah Is when boys are 13 and considered to be old enough to make a religious decision. It means that this girl is sinning for her bat mitzvah.

Death Death means when a he or she is dead. It means when a baby is washed and dressed in a simple garment.
