® AutoTune ™

® Always optimal engine setting Higher productivity – Optimal engine performance at all times – No time spent on carburettor adjustments Compensates for – Different fuels; low quality, ethanol, alkylate fuel (e.g.Aspen) – Altitude – Temperature, cold start – Humidity – Clogged air filter AutoTune ™

® AutoTune - Microprocessor A microprocessor is integrated into the valve housing, connected to the ignition module, monitoring engine RPM as well as fuel- air mixture. The digitally controlled magnetic valves opening and closing is synchronised with the RPM. The frequency of opening and closing of magnetic valve is variable, which regulates the fuel feed. Micro Processor Fuel Flow Valve

® Standard Carburettor In a standard carburettor the fuel flow is tuned by using the L and H needles. Fuel Inlet Fitting Throttle valve Main Fuel Take Off Low Speed Nozzle Venturi Main nozzle Main speed Needle

® AutoTune - Carburettor and AutoTune Fuel Inlet Fitting Throttle valve Main Fuel Take Off Venturi Main nozzle The AutoTune carburettor imitates the standard carburettor by using a fuel valve that can be opened and closed. The fuel valve is controlled by the micro processor. AutoTune unit with Micro Processor Fuel Flow RPM Valve

® AutoTune -Engine Diagnostic Tool A service tool connecting computer with chain saw Functions: Diagnoses errors, codes Tests –Throttle sensor –Temerature sensor –Fuel Valve Service notes –Electronic service book Data –Operating time –Number of starts >1 min –Most recent engine fuel setting adjust –Max speed last run –carb temp Max, history –Fuel settings –Time spent different rpm´s interval, idling, cutting, max
