INFORMATION Mother Teresa was a Roman Catholic nun who helped the only catholic religious order. For her work among the poor and dying she won the Noble Prize for Peace in At age 12 she got a call to help the poor. Mother Teresa Founded the Missionaries of Charity She was dedicated to the very poor The community includes more then 4,500 sisters of various nationalities who worked on the five continents. Their main goal was to provide love and dignity to the poor people in their last days on earth.

Summary! Mother Teresa was known for helping the poor and helping people who were dying. She celebrated her 87 th birthday and shortly after she passed away from a heart attack in September.
