Point of Change Jail and Street Ministry Inc.  founded in 2008 and contracted by the Charles and Calvert Counties Sheriff’s Office to serve as a provider for Chaplaincy, Life Skills and Community Integration.  instrumental in the collaborations and launching of three correctional reentryprograms and has served over 40,000 inmates and returning citizens
