Bridges Leadership & Design Group (BLD) Charged by CCEP on November 14, 2012 Charge includes: o Catalogue gaps in translation of biomedical advances into improved health outcomes o Review evidence on science of health care delivers o Define ideal roles and responsibilities needed for physicians to contribute effectively in teams to deliver care o Outline new graduation competencies & compare to existing competencies to identify important gaps o Charge working groups to address these competency gaps wrt learning objectives, instructional methods, and assessment tools Broad representation wrt areas of expertise in Healthcare Goals, Complex Systems, Pedagogy CCEP approved Dr. Anna Chang, MD as chair BLD reports to Associate Dean of Curriculum & CCEP
