1. Human Capital Objectives: Make employees central to the organization. Foster a creative environment.

1. Human Capital Action Plan: Act on Brun report recommendations. Implement workforce planning. Ensure professional development for the succession pool. Set up a mentoring program to ensure knowledge transfer. Modernize industrial relations and establish a climate of mutual trust. Provide employees with new skill-development opportunities (ensure staff mobility).

1. Human Capital Performance Indicators: Conflict-free collective bargaining and negotiations conducted in a healthy, respectful atmosphere Higher employee satisfaction rate Reduced absenteeism Improved staff retention

2. Community Capital Objective: Strengthen the bond between CBC/Radio-Canada and Canadians.

2. Community Capital Action Plan: Strengthen and optimize our regional presence. Become a leader in digital platforms. Identify and further develop strategic partnerships. Better reflect cultural diversity across the country.

2. Community Capital Performance Indicators: Higher audience satisfaction with our services More regional contributions to the networks More services delivered on digital platforms Greater presence of cultural diversity on air Greater reach among younger audiences

3. Content Objective: CBC/Radio-Canada has consolidated its reputation for producing high-quality, distinctive Canadian content.

3. Content Action Plan: Improve synergy between CBC and Radio-Canada. Establish a partnership between Radio-Canada and independent producers to leverage digital platforms. Increase in-house production to maintain greater control over rights. Expand the range of content offerings (sports, arts, children’s and youth).

3. Content Performance Indicators: More in-house productions More independent productions leveraged on CBC/Radio-Canada digital platforms
