1.What is it? 2008 started informally 2010 officially began (motion of Providence Board) Fall 2012 Bruce moved from being a prof in the University College (who does Buller Centre stuff in “spare” time, to being the Director (who teaches part time)

2.What does it do? tries to benefit Providence: “The operations of the Centre shall be in keeping with the mission and vision of Providence…While the activities of the centre shall be conducted independently of Providence, these activities shall enhance Providence as a whole and Providence’s Business Administration program in particular.”
