DO a QUERY LETTER  Explain concept  Give title and genre  Do pitch (beginning/middle/end)  Give qualifications  Ask to forward script

Get a Pitch Meeting  They like your script, and buy it  They don’t like your script but they like your writing:  Go for a development deal –your ideas, you write the script  Audition for an idea they have  Have two to three pitches ready  Personality matters ---schmooze

SO...  Write two or three spec scripts  Get an agent, get it sold, get it optioned, get meetings and push for development deals...
