Department of Transportation The LPR units (deployed in 2006) are no longer serviceable and require replacement The vendor has offered to credit the city $30,000 for salvaging the existing LPR units 2 Background This action will replace two obsolete license plate recognition (LPR) units used for parking enforcement in time zoned areas
