Knowledge is Empowerment Learn about “Pulmonary” and all the possible combinations of terms, as well as the right “term” used by Medline. For example, Pulmonary diseases, Use: Lung Diseases. By searching the right terms, we retrieve the right articles.

Knowledge is Empowerment Searching Medline Indexes: Another option is to search Medline “Indexes” by open “More” (1)and selecting “Indexes”. From “Browse an Index” select MeSH Heading (Major) (2), write in “Browse for” Code of ethics (3) or your term and select “Browse” (4)

Remember, select MeSH Heading (Major) (2), write Code of ethics (3) or any term and select Browse (4). The numbers listed in the right column (5), indicates the number of articles that are indexed under the term. If you want to access the articles, select the “term”(6), select “and”(7), click “add” (8) and “Search” (9)
