Other accomplishments that don’t fit into previous slides  Utilization of FEMA medical director guidebook  Implementation of PI program with 17 indicators  PI program identified expired EVOCs that are being corrected  Implementation of MedCom number for PI tracking  Agencies designated as Ebola transport agencies  Electronic registry of POST forms with End-of-Life Center  Revised equipment list that aligns with protocols  Pilot programs for various changes in provision of services  NEMSIS v3 update for use with ICD-10 codes  OEMS finances are no longer operating in a deficit 7

Trauma There is more to OEMS…. Trauma, Stroke and STEMI programs are growing to improve patient outcomes.  Additional trauma centers designated  Trauma rule rewritten to comply with American College of Surgeon standards  Stroke program is moving forward  The number of Always Ready for Kids (ARK) recognized facilities has increased  The EMSC program has become a model to other states  EMSC is increasing training and equipment to providers 8
