A city will be assigned to you. While in your city, you will be meeting with retail buyers who may be interested in purchasing your new sneaker line. You will be flying out on Thursday, April 17 and returning Sunday, April 20. On Friday, you will be meeting with your client for breakfast at a restaurant that you have selected--not in the hotel. To make a good impression, you will also be required to entertain your potential client by taking them to dinner and to a sporting event, concert, or other cultural event--Friday after dinner or even Saturday. Saturday is your time--you are free to sight-see, recreation, etc.

Requirements: Create an itinerary using Keynote, which outlines your daily activities hour by hour. Include the product you are selling on the first slide with your name. Keep track of apps and/or websites you use (type of works cited page) Dates and times of travel Flights--include connecting times and flights Car rentals Hotel and restaurants--give names and addresses Hour by hour list of activities for each day (Thursday- Sunday), including where you will be taking your client Sight-seeing/recreation activities

Also create a travel budget using Numbers (see example). Your expenses cannot exceed $1,500 unless approved by your boss. Include the following information: Flight Cost Hotel (Daily) Car Rental/Taxi/Subway – your means of transportation Cost for all meals—broken down into three meals/day and the four days you will be there. Include restaurant costs for your client Entertainment: List costs for tickets…..etc.
