Dog organizer By: Stephanie Clark Sarah Kim and Gracie Reber

Team norms! Team norms Set due dates must be met within two days. Each due date set within group must be reasonable and consensual. Post an update- as to progress- at least once a week. No design decision is to be made without consent of the whole group by vote. No ideas are dumb. Any and all ideas are welcome. All questions are welcome. Every member must participate in the project. We should find each other strengths and such. EX: that if someone is better at sketching we will let them do that. Someone’s better at inventor they do more of the building. Or proofing and editing. HAVE FUN!!! Consequences if norms are not met If deadlines are not met first there will be a group intervention ( ), then members talk with Mrs. Stracina, last, deadweight kicked out of group If not dates are not reasonable they will be discussed and reset If you do not post an update the team will assume you are not working and will begin the steps of intervention listed above. If ideas are insulted there will be intervention. If a decision is made without consent then consequences will be equal to those of missed deadlines. Exceptions: Illness: if ill the dates will be moved back the number of days absent Miscommunication: if you do not understand a group decision ask questions and decision will be explained or reconsidered.
