 CSUSM application process deadlines (ex: CSU Mentor application by November 30th, transcripts by February 1 st, etc.)  Mail, fax or deliver a copy of the AA/AS-T evaluation form to CSUSM by April 1st  Final official transcript /diploma showing completion of AA/AS-T Degree must be received by July 15 th or admission offer may be rescinded for non-local area applicants AA/AS-T Application Process
