3 APFO Contract Administrative Fees: Administrative fees are collected by APFO for services rendered for agreements under the Economy Act. Services include: - a full range of procurement services. - quality assurance inspection services - flight planning, project planning - assistance and advice on technical and contracting issues Contract Administrative Items
