Further, Ecclesiastes 1:5 states that "And the sun rises and sets and returns to its place" etc.Psalm ChroniclesPsalm 104:5Ecclesiastes

Inquisition 1 Galileo was found "vehemently suspect of heresy," namely of having held the opinions that the Sun lies motionless at the centre of the universe, that the Earth is not at its centre and moves, and that one may hold and defend an opinion as probable after it has been declared contrary to Holy Scripture.

Inquisition 2 He was sentenced to house arrest. His book Dialogue was banned. Publication of any of his works was forbidden, including any he might write in the future

Galileo & Kepler Did not agree with the law of orbits. Did not accept his idea that the tides are related to the moon.

Phases of Venus Can not be explained using geocentric model.

Moons of Jupiter Not all objects revolve around Earth. Aristotle was not omniscient.

Rings of Saturn Concluded that Saturn has a very complicated shape.
