Principles Trustworthiness We do what we say we will do. Respect We will regard others with consideration. Fairness We will consider, evaluate and balance all needs. Integrity We will be honest about opportunities and challenges. Kindness We will be friendly, positive and caring at all times.

Partnership Professionalism Expertise Leadership

Partnership Our positive relationships are the most important things to us. Our core business is supporting people in being excellent at their jobs. Our success lies in our relationships. We are a caring service team, putting people before technology. We will only hire people who commit to IMS’ shared vision. We acknowledge and care about our partner’s goals. We are part of a learning community. We will be advocates on behalf of our customers in the adoption and delivery of technology. Service delivery is first about people. We will always over deliver on reasonable customer expectations. We will have a positive attitude at all times. We will be honest and transparent in all of our interactions. Goal Our customers will view IMS as having a valuable role in the quality and the delivery of the learning and working experience within SD36.

Professionalism Every customer will have a positive experience when interacting with anyone from IMS. We will give and earn respect. We care about the user experience. We are committed to continual improvement. We are a dedicated, caring and knowledgeable service team with positive attitudes. We will approach every customer need with a sense of urgency. We will advocate for the majority (80/20). We will be sensitive and understanding when needs cannot be met. We will do it right the first time. We will do what we say we will do. We will “hear” what our customers say. Goal Our customers will have a high level of satisfaction with all interactions with IMS.

Goal We will be a team that will meet all the technical and related service needs of SD36 in the present and in the future. We transform learning. We commit to relevant training: you commit to knowing. We will be relevant and knowledgeable. We will provide easy to use, efficient and effective technology and solutions. We will do it right the first time. We will engineer and resource for value (cost, benefit, service, effectiveness, quality, longevity, adaptability…). We care about the user experience. Industry standards and best practices will guide us in our work. We will continually improve. A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction is as important as skill development. Team synergy is more powerful than individual expertise. We are resourceful in finding and developing expertise (internal or external).

Leadership Goal We will be seen as the primary and preferred resource to meet the current and future information, technology, and related services needs for SD36. We care about the user experience. We will only employ best practices, relevant and sustainable technology within the district. We’re responsible forbclassroom. We make technology easy to use. We will advocate for the majority (80/20). We believe technology transforms learning. We will make data-driven decisions. We will coach and mentor each other and those who use our services. We will be proactive and will resolve core issues. We will guide the district’s use of information and technology through strategic and technology planning.
