Simple Application Process 1-page application No emissions calculations Can be mailed, faxed, or ed We will come out and complete it for you, just sign! No consultant needed

Predefined Selection Criteria Cost effectiveness is most important factor. (Cost/ton of NOx reduced) Geographical distribution also considered Selection committee comprised of representatives from around the region Staff recommendation

Manageable Contract Requirements 1.Sign a funding agreement 2.Complete the project 3.Request reimbursement 4.Operate the equipment 75% of the time in the region for the next 5-10 years. 5.Report hours of operation every six months – we’ll ask for it, you don’t have to remember!
