 SADE Updates  TRA.116 Build Equiv/Chall/Ext Course to SADE & TRAX  Added option to fill in IDS RELATED COURSE/LEVEL for TRAX records  TRA.118 Build Student Achievement Transm File  Updated to check for new multiple level support (XSPBKxx) codes  Added option to clear any existing records for the school in the history holding file before processing the file SADE and TRAX

 TRAX Updates  TRA.201 Build/Update TRAX EXAM XCRSE – Reg Schls  Treat NG (no grade) same as NM in mark build  TRA.924 Mass Delete Permanent TRAX Records  Changed to run against original school not current TRAX record school  TRA.928 Mass Drop Unfinished TRAX Requests  New option to mass drop all unfinished TRAX course requests. Mainly for alternate schools but regular schools can use too! SADE and TRAX

 SADE Issues/Understanding Processes  Timing of TRA.118 to build transmission file, what do the options mean, who is “in charge” of building and sending this data?  Appending in correction records … stamping as submitted, important to know how this affects the transmission  SADE cutoff date … why is it so varied district to district? Districts are responsible to maintain this date.  Posting to history … district is responsible for this. Do you check that it processes? Do you know what to look for? SADE and TRAX
