Human Resource Services Andrew Peña Provides value-added services to administrators, employees, and external customers in all aspects of human resource services, including employee benefits, training and development, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation management. Develops strategic partnerships with the administrative and academic offices of the University Faculty and Research H1-B and LPR immigration services Provides employee training and development programs for faculty and staff Administers the University’s Employee Discount Program In partnership with the College of Health Sciences assist in the administration of the University’s Employee Health & Wellness Program Oversees the Human Resources Advisory Committee (HRAC)
