If you are adding a video or large presentation with voiceovers to your TrainU course, please upload it to the ‘new’ Vodcast server first, then link to it in TrainU.  April 13, 2012 – PD Teams should submit Sign In Sheets (0484) from the website to Julie Williams in C Sign In Sheets should identify the instructional personnel that participated in the professional learning communities/collegial study groups in its entirety. --- All participants should be awarded 30 inservice points for completing learning and implementation around Domain 1 (ALL 9 Design Questions and 41 Elements).  May 1 – 18, All school participate in either a focus group or online survey to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the professional learning process.  June 1, 2012 – All points under this component will be processed

FY12 Required PD for Differentiated Accountability (DA) Schools: DA Schools should open Professional Development for DA Schools – if they are covering the 6 Topics in depth. Simply watching the TrainU vodcasts is not worth inservice points.

1.Make sure all sign-in sheets are submitted by Friday, May 4, 2012, or after training has concluded, if earlier. 2.Submit a master Sign-In Sheet (Form 0484) with points totaled. Be sure all sections of the form as complete. 3.Submit your final version of the Component Evaluation (Form 0471) This will ensure that teachers recertifying will be ready to renew and allow us to contact you if there are questions.
