FAC CALIBRATE OF THE MEASURE SCALE Power on——mount the ready 14” tire——input the parameters of the tire （ dis/br/dia ） ——press the program key ——it will displays SET opt ——press dis+ key ——it will display“ SET UP ” ——continue press the program key for 2 times ——it will display “ tES ” “ POS ” “ XXX ”

FAC CALIBRATE OF THE MEASURE SCALE —— Rotate the tire by hand slowly and the POS value will change. —— When there’s 110, Press key. —— Then continue to pull the tire and when there’s 130, press the key.

FAC CALIBRATE OF THE MEASURE SCALE —— It will display “ CAL FAC DIS ” —— Press the program key —— It will display “ DIS FAC 0 ” —— Place the scale at the zero position —— Press program key

FAC CALIBRATE OF THE MEASURE SCALE ——it will display ” DIS 150 ” ——Pull the scale to the scale position of 150mm and hold on ——Press the program key ——it will display ” CAL FAC DIA ” ——Press the program key

FAC CALIBRATE OF THE MEASURE SCALE ——it will display ” DIA 0 ” ——Pull out the scale and then push the scale head against the cover of the balance shaft. ——press the program key ；

FAC CALIBRATE OF THE MEASURE SCALE ——It will display ” DIA 14 ” —— Pull out the head of the scale and against the inside of the rim and hold on. ——Press the program key. The beeper will sound the click for 3 times. The calibration is completed.

FAC CALIBRATE OF THE WIDTH MEASURE SCALE ——press and stay 5 seconds till the display shows ADD wei ——then press and the display shows dis RL.1

FAC CALIBRATE OF THE WIDTH MEASURE SCALE ——press and the display shows dis RL.2 0 ——press and the display shows dis RL.2 p0

FAC CALIBRATE OF THE WIDTH MEASURE SCALE ——press the display shows dis RL.2 p1 ——put the scale head on the balance shaft like the below picture and press at the same time. ——let the scale be free. The calibration is over.
