Today’s Panel David M. Demers Director of Strategic Planning and Product Development Marathon Health Raymond J. Fabius President and Chief Medical Officer CHD Meridian Healthcare, an I-trax company

David Demers, MPH David Demers is the director of strategic planning and product development for Marathon Health. David comes to Marathon Health with 25 years experience in healthcare and human service organizations in California and Vermont. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, product development and sales. Most recently David was Director of Medical Informatics at IDX where he developed and launched a management scorecard for medical practice plans and hospitals currently in use at medical centers across the United States. A Master of Public Health, David was trained at California State University Northridge and the University of Vermont. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Raymond Fabius, MD, CPE, FACPE Ray Fabius oversees CHDM’s clinical community, comprised of 1,700 physicians, physician specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other allied health professionals. Dr. Fabius is responsible for the company’s clinical protocols and practice guidelines. Prior to joining CHDM, Dr. Fabius served as Global Medical Lead for General Electric, overseeing an ambulatory network of over 200 on-site clinics in 29 countries. Dr. Fabius served in a number of key positions with leading healthcare companies such as Aetna and CIGNA Health Plan. While with Aetna, he acted as senior medical director for Aetna’s website and data warehouse and as corporate medical director for utilization management, disease management and quality improvement.
