Some stages may be skipped or passed through very quickly. Mayer Johnson PCS Symbols © Mayer Johnson LLC (contact Widgit Software www.widgit.com)

Grief Grieving is the feeling we experience after a major loss. Our feelings might be difficult to cope with and confusing. As well as anger, other feelings we might experience include shock, numbness, despair, intense sadness, fear, loss of confidence, apathy, guilt and depression. It is important to recognise and accept these difficult feelings to help us manage our loss. Mayer Johnson PCS Symbols © Mayer Johnson LLC (contact Widgit Software www.widgit.com)
