What are your priorities when eating out? Get food fast to keep body fueled and keep going? Go out with friends? Relaxing or romantic dinner? Don’t feel like cooking? No food in the house? Best nutrition available in the situation?

Scenarios What would be the healthiest choice if you wanted to minimize calorie intake?

Scenarios What is the healthiest choice if you want to maximize the amount of nutrients (protein, vitamins, etc)that you are consuming, but are not particularly concerned about calories/fat?

Scenarios Which choice would be the healthiest if you had to maximize nutrients but minimize calories/fat? What if we added in the factor of cost?
