What is an action plan?  A sequence of steps that must be taken, or activities that must be performed well, for a strategy to succeed.

What is a lesson plan? guide for teaching a lesson. it is the goal (what the teacher wants the kids to learn) the procedures for reaching this goal (the format of the lesson) Measuring the goals accomplished (a handout, project, test).
