Busy Bears Window Cleaning Service By Hollie Bufton, Weronika Stepien, Jack Styne, Sophie Nagra, Holly Locker & Aroosa Mahmood

What the business does? Busy bears window cleaning service does what it says on the tin. We supply a window cleaning service throughout the year and the worker comes to your house every calendar month.

How we came up with the idea We came up with the idea by: The bottle cleaners - We thought these would be good for cleaning windows as it has the sponge at the end which is useful for window cleaning. The jacket - When you see window cleaners they usually wear brightly coloured jackets and we thought this would make the business more appealing. The skipping rope – We thought we could use the skipping rope as a harness so the window cleaner could pull themselves up the building to a higher window.

The Target Market Our target market will be adults from 25 and above because these are the majority that have their own house and they usually have time consuming jobs so they won’t have time to clean their windows and that’s where we come in.

Our location We have decided to locate ourselves in a residential area near a large city, London. We chose this area as it is an expensive area to live so people will have enough money to hire us. They also have time consuming jobs so we won’t be in there way when they are in a rush as we will come at a time that suites them best.

Prices We have decided to charge £5 per window and for us to come once every calendar month per year would be £60. This is cheaper than our competitors and we guarantee we will do a better job than them.

Offers If it’s their first time using our company we will knock 27% off the price. If they have used our company for 5 years we will clean their windows for free on the first month of the 5 th year.

Our Rivals Clear view window cleaning service. £10 per window. NCPM window cleaning service. £7 per window. London windows. £5 per window.

Equipment Our equipment is called Stynie’s Window Magic we will sell the equipment for: Bottle cleaners - £6.54 Jacket - £6.27 Skipping rope - £6.16 All of them for £15
