INCIDENTS THAT MUST BE REPORTED Child Abuse Incident ALL incidents of child abuse must be immediately reported to the Department of Children and Family Services at ABUSE ( ) AND to Miami-Dade Schools Police at COPS Civil Rights Violations Any claim/complaints of discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation based upon any of the protected categories must be addressed immediately and reported to the Office of Civil Rights Compliance at
