Nowadays vegetarian diet can be really tasty and satisfy desires even particular gourmets.

Vegetarians do not eat meat, poultry, fish and seafood products of animal origin. Dairy products and eggs are ignored by only part of the vegetarians. The controversial products also include honey.

Vegetarian cuisine includes: Products from fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts without treatment: numerous salads, fruit desserts. Products made from vegetables, cereals, mushroom processing: all kinds of grilled and stewed dishes, rice balls, eggplant caviar and others.

For most people vegetarianism is associated with malnutrition. Many people do not understand why they can not eat meat and other foods of animal origin. Many doctors assure us that vegetarianism is a very healthy diet.

Vegetarians eat more vegetables, fruits, cereals that contain lots of fiber, vitamins and minerals than other people. Another statement – a lot of vegetarians have healthier lifestyles, but many of them, smoke or drink alcohol.
