Our Organization has Completed Diversity Awareness Training Now What Do We Do Now? Consider forming a committee to assess and review several follow up initiatives to further the organization’s diversity initiative beyond diversity awareness training. Therefore, I ask you to work in assigned teams to provide me arguments about what initiative we should pursue next. Based on the information I have given you, I ask that you provide me with as much detail as possible about why your group’s assigned project should be our next step. GOOD LUCK!
