CHAPTER 1.1: CHOOSING YOUR CAREER 3 Types of People SUBMISSIVE – people who tend to be apologetic, indifferent, passive and yielding AGGRESSIVE – people who tend to be unfriendly, insulting, domineering, relentless and quarrelsome ASSERTIVE – people who tend to be persistent, understanding and cooperative
