Hotel Guidebook Symbols A standard set of symbols has been developed to REPRESENT GRAPHICALLY the availability of hotel facilities. Guess the meaning of the following symbols: a) Fitness room e) Room service b) Doctor service f) Water sports (at or near) c) Seafront location g) Hairdressing salon d) Live music entertainment h) Air-conditioned room

Making Comparisons When we want to compare two or more things we use adjectives. To use adjectives for comparisons we have to change the spelling. Look at some of these examples… To compare two things we use the “Comparative” form, but to compare three or more things we use the “Superlative” form: Adjective Comparative Superlative cheap cheaper cheapest But there are more rules to using adjectives for comparisons.  The following rules should help you remember how to compare...
