The agenda Understanding the Noel-Levitz DeVry University partnership with the College Student Inventory Accessing the Retention Data Center Accessing Individual and Aggregate Data Filtering and Communicating Tools

DeVry University and Noel-Levitz embarked on a partnership to provide the College Student Inventory to all COLL-148 students early in the term. Coordinators identified at each metro or campus create College Student Inventory administrations of Form B and/or Form C and distribute the link to students. Many using the COLL-148 course shell. Students have access to their Student Report upon completion of the CSI and use this report in a follow-up assignment. DeVry University Noel-Levitz Connection

Reaching students through programmatic intervention with your Summary and Planning Report What are the patterns of strength for your group students? What are the patterns of challenge for your group of students? What are the top recommendations for action for your group of students? Which categories do they fall within? Academic, personal, social, career, financial? What strategies/approaches can you use to reach out to students with certain self-reported needs or interests? How will you know if they are effective and helpful?

Gaining efficiencies and effectiveness with your Summary Results Student lists according to specific needs and/or levels of receptivity to assistance: High risk scores on the Summary Observations scales High scores on Receptivity to institutional assistance Academic assistances needs and interests Personal counseling needs and interests Career counseling needs and interests Social enrichment need or interest in receptivity to social enrichment Financial security need or interest How can you strategically use these lists from the summary and planning report?

The Summary Observations with Receptivity Report A tool to connect students to relevant services With a simple click, filter the data to create a ready-list of students who are receptive to support from your university in these areas:  Student receptive to your Academic Assistance  Student receptive to your Career Counseling  Student receptive to your Financial Guidance  Student receptive to your Social Enrichment  Student receptive to your Personal Support Connect students with your colleagues in service areas that can support you in these interventions!
