Charter Statement The goal is to design the fastest, most efficient, light weight, amazing, inspiring and innovative hybrid vehicle in the world. To accomplish this we will combine existing parts with student designed and fabricated parts in a way which will accumulate design points in competition while maintaining the speed integrity of the vehicle.
