All rights reserved © 2010 Page 5pSHIELD Agenda details The first day: –Discussion on what is project main demonstrator and additional prototypes, and what to cover in deliverboards. –Next during dissemination session partners prototypes will be presented to exchange technical knowledge. The second day: –Starts with discussion on TA and other documents, based on demonstrator decisions from the first day. –Then short demonstration of pSHIELD Collaboration Tools should ensure continuation of consortium cooperation. –The last point is work in WPs to realize the demonstrator and TA update taken decisions.

[MAS, All] It is starting topic leaded by MAS, topic should give answers: What do we want to deliver in pShield Project at all? What we will demonstrate in September at JU review in form of deliverboards content and main demonstrator and side additional prototypes. What we will demonstrate in January at the end of Project as Project Outcome, in form of deliverboards content and demonstrators. The main topic is what we will demonstrate in September.

All rights reserved © 2010 Page 7pSHIELD Day 1: Dissemination session Dissemination session / partners prototypes presentation [CWIN, All] Internal dissemination session to know about each other's works (relevant to pSHIELD areas) closely so we can get better understanding, coherence and probably make use of some results for pSHIELD purposes. In Internal Dissemination Session, partners may present pSHIELD relevant R&D activities results, additional demonstrators can also be presented. Thus the session may bring out Interesting points that can be incorporated into some of the future deliverables. The discussion will feed valuable information to the WP Status on the next day. This session should give technical support to earlier Demonstrator discussion. Partners will see their demonstrators and may take final decision.

All rights reserved © 2010 Page 8pSHIELD Day 2 - Collaboration Tools Project Collaboration Tools – workshop [SESM, CWIN] Since this is probably last PA meeting (except JU reviews), it is extremely important to enforce off-line collaboration in consortium. pSHIELD WebSite: our business card for outer world, pSHIELD Wiki: –general structure, location of help file, Important Links menu, –collaboration, introduction of scientific text, discussion and modification of text, list of changes may be reviewed –PhC organization, input of date and phone number, input of Agenda, input of MoM, online MoM commenting/review. pSHIELD Repository (bscw server): directory structure and content, where is what, where to put something. It should be short, we only need to show and attract to wiki possibilities, then people should start their researches themselves.
