Teacher of the Month StrategyPlan of Action PlanWe developed a plan to recognize our teachers for their hard work and dedication to demonstrating the new Teacher Standards. 1.After discussion with the principal and school leadership team, intern develop a recognition process for teachers with the assistant principal 2.Teacher of the Month was created by the assistant principal and the principal intern 3.Plans was to recognize a teacher per month that was selected by their department that currently align their teaching practices with the teacher standards
