MTAC #87 3 Mailer Rating Review USPS and mailer Customer Acceptance Test of the Mailer Rating process is scheduled for early February Pilot Test at specific facilities will follow the CAT test In preparation for activation, mailers should begin reviewing the data for themselves Mailer Rating activation date to be determined
MTAC #87 4 Mailer Rating Overview Each appointment is rating according to the following criteria Appointment ratings are summarized on a rolling 4 week period by facility A Corporate Rating is calculated by facility per mailer Submission Method/Content Detail ( 20 Pts) + On-Time Accuracy ( 40 Pts) + Content Accuracy ( 40 Pts) Content Accuracy ( 40 Pts)_____________________________ Appointment Score Standard Rating
MTAC #87 5 FAST October Release FAST released enhanced functionality for Standard Mailers. Joint Scheduling amongst Mail Owners, Mail Preparers, and Schedulers Improved Mailer Owner and Mail Preparer Visibility New Recurring Appointment Online Requests New Mail Class reports search capability
MTAC #87 6 Delivery Unit Deployment FAST has begun activating the remaining 30K delivery units that were part of the original FAST deployment Pilot to validate the activation and communications process began in September Pilot consists of the Baltimore and Capital Districts Remaining areas will begin in 1/2007
