Cell Model Project Due on Thursday, October 25 (p. 1, 2 & 6) and Friday, October 26 (p. 4 & 5)

What is this project? You may choose to do one of two things: 1.Create a 3D cell model (plant or animal cell) from household items OR 2. Create a 3D poster (plant or animal cell) from household items

What does it include? 1.Your cell models/poster must be in 3D! 2. You must have all the parts of the cell labeled correctly. 3. You must create labels or have a key showing me where the parts of the cell are. 4. You must tell me if it is a plant or animal cell.

What does it include? 5. You must have a separate sheet of paper that EXPLAINS the FUNCTION of every organelle in the cell. 6. You must have a PARAGRAPH that explains how a plant cell is different than an animal cell. 7. It needs to look nice

How many points? This project is worth 100 points!!! You will be graded on the following: Correctly labeled organelles Correctly labeled cell Design, creativity and artistry of model or poster 3D Description of organelles on separate sheet of paper Paragraph explaining difference between plant & animal cells
