Customers and suppliers are not responding to my Reconciliation requests Is it the accounts that I am using? Could they be obsolete? Why do I have such a low response rate? Should I resend the Requests one by one? Bugger! This account isn’t in agreement either. There are soo many invoices  Now I have to spend the whole day going thru’ them to spot the differences. Oh there are some responses in the fax machine. Now I should sift thru’ them and sort out.. There are so many fax machines around here. I pulled out a Recon Response from the bin yesterday !. I should be doing the reconciliations but there is so much work I can’t get to it..

This guy isn’t in agreement, but has uploaded his statement into the system. The job is almost done. You’ve got to be kidding me! The System has spotted the obsolete addresses automatically!! And it does offer me alternative addresses??? Since EasyRecon TM is doing my Reconciliations I can focus on Value Adding activities! This ReconEngine TM is just incredible! Can 2 statements be compared and contrasted so fast, and so accurately? Really?? It is just wonderful to effortlessly access great and detailed reports when I need them. Now I don’t have to make fax machine runs for recon statements. They go electronically to EasyRecon TM website. What’s more is that they are matched with the right recon request. And my messages are there too! That is paperless Recon!
