Children’s Message

Come, My Soul, with Every Care CW # 409 Verses 1-6 Text: John Newton, Setting: VIENNA Tune: Justin H. Knecht,

Verse 1: Come, my soul, with ev'ry care; Jesus loves to answer prayer. He himself bids you to pray And will never turn away.

Verse 2: You are coming to a king-- Large petitions with you bring, For his grace and pow'r are such, None can ever ask too much.

Verse 3: With my burden I begin: Lord, remove this load of sin; Let your blood, for sinners spilt, Set my conscience free from guilt.

Verse 4: Lord, your rest to me impart; Take possession of my heart. There your blood- bought right maintain And without a rival reign.

Verse 5: While I am a pilgrim here, Let your love my spirit cheer. As my guide, my guard, my friend, Lead me to my journey's end.

Verse 6: Show me what I am to do; Ev'ry hour my strength renew. Let me live a life of faith; Let me die your people's death.

“Anything You Want – Just Ask!” 1. God’s kingdom comes first 2. God’s blessings come later

In thankfulness for our salvation, we support God’s work with our offerings.

Let All Things Now Living CW #260 Verses 1-2 Text: Katherine K. Davis, Setting: THE ASH GROVE Tune: Welsh folk tune

Verse 1: Let all things now living A song of thanksgiving To God the creator triumphantly raise, Who fashioned and made us, Protected and stayed us, Who still guides us on to the end of our days.

Verse 1: God's banners are o’re us; His light goes before us, A pillar of fire shining forth in the night, Till shadows have vanished And darkness is banished, As forward we travel from light into light.

Verse 2: His law he enforces; The stars in their courses And sun in its orbit obediently shine. The hills and the mountains, The rivers and fountains, The deeps of the ocean proclaim him divine.

Verse 2: We, too, should be voicing Our love and rejoicing. With glad adoration a song let us raise Till all things now living Unite in thanksgiving: "To God in the highest, hosanna and praise!"

Silent Prayer
