PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM  INCREASE KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND SENSITIVITY OF MECHANISMS WHICH PERPETUATE AND MAINTAIN SYSTEMS OF DOMINATION  COMMIT TO CAPACITY BUILDING FOR PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL AND INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFORMATION

AREAS OF UNDERSTANDING BUILDING ALLIES NAMING VOICING

NAMING  PUTTING LANGUAGE TO OUR EXPERIENCES  IDENTIFYING REAL PROBLEMS (PREJUDICES, FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION/OPPRESSION) THROUGH NAMING REALITY IN CLEAR AND CONCRETE WAYS

VOICING  Is the act of speaking out on issues, ideas and feelings  opens the doors for listening, dialogue and the development of critical consciousness
