It is subject to London Council Governance. Responsible for approving strategy, specifications and programme implementation – for recommendation to Skills Funding Agency CFO Board and LDA Board Ensures all London ESF aligns with LA priorities and addresses gaps in need. Mary Vine-Morris represents the RPG on the Skills Funding Agency CFO Board. Group will manage conflict of interest process and maintain a record. Any members bidding for funding will declare a conflict of interest and will not take part in decision making. ESF Steering Group (sub group of the RPG) Wendy Forest (Tower Hamlets) – Chair Local Authorities London Development Agency Skills Funding Agency YPLA GLA RPG Ensure the development and implementation of the London ESF Priority 1.2 Youth (14-19) Programme is aligned with the Local Authority commissioning responsibilities for Responsible for agreeing Youth specifications and programme implementation – for recommendation to RPG Conflict of interest will apply where detail of specifications is shared. Conflict of interest will apply where detail of specifications is shared. Group can provide specialist knowledge of gaps and alignment with Local Authority commissioning.
