Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Good times to brush are in the morning after breakfast and before bed. Brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes. Brush your tongue as well as your teeth. Use a fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristled toothbrush that fits your mouth comfortably. Always rinse your toothbrush with water after brushing. Store your toothbrush in an upright position to allow it to dry.
